A process manufacturing facility handled the regular movement of supplier vehicles, raw-material trucks, and outbound consignments through multiple checkpoints. The process required coordination among Parking Security, the Bay Scheduler, Inner Gate Security, Bay Operators, and supervisors.

DelphEon VMS was configured as a structured vehicle-movement workflow connecting Parking Security, the Bay Scheduler, the weighbridge, Inner Gate Security, Bay Operators, and supervisors.
A single vehicle transaction carried the registration details, material reference, assigned time slot and bay, weight records, QR identity, checkpoint actions, and current status throughout the complete entry-to-exit process.

Vehicle records were retrieved using the vehicle registration number or QR code, displaying key details before weighment. Entry and exit weights were captured based on the operation type and stored against the same vehicle transaction for complete traceability.
After the initial weighment and verification, a unique QR code card was issued to the vehicle. The QR code served as the vehicle's identifier throughout its internal movement. At each checkpoint, authorized users could retrieve:

Inner Gate Security scanned the QR code, verified the displayed details, and approved the vehicle for internal entry only after the preceding steps were complete. Approved and rejected actions were recorded with status updates and timestamps.
At the assigned bay, the Bay Operator scanned the QR code, verified the vehicle and operation details, and performed a bay check-in. After loading or unloading was completed, the operator performed bay check-out through the same workflow.
The application recorded bay check-in and check-out timestamps, providing a digital confirmation that the assigned material-handling activity was completed.
After bay operations, Inner Gate Security verified the completion status and recorded the internal check-out. The vehicle then proceeded to the weighbridge for its final gross or tare weight, depending on the operation type.
Parking Security verified the final record, collected the QR card, and marked the vehicle movement as completed.
